WHAT DOES IT COST?

Wage Earner Plans (Chapter 13) - In most cases we only have you pay a filing fee which is under $220.00.  Our fees are paid interest free from the monies you pay the U.S. Trustee which are court approved. (Learn more about Chapter 13)

Liquidation - (Chapter 7) - We require a down payment of $200.00 and will work out a payment plan for the remainder.  How much is decided on a case by case basis.
